Questions buyers ask us
What do you need from me for a quote?
Your water source (borewell, municipal, sea or effluent), a water analysis report if you have one, how much treated water you need each day and what it is for. Photos of the site help too.
Do you test the water?
Yes. If you don't have a recent water analysis, we'll arrange one. The design of the plant depends on it.
How long does a plant take?
It depends on the type and size of the plant. You'll get a delivery schedule with the proposal.
Do you install and commission the plant?
Yes. We install the plant at your site, commission it, prove its output and train your operators.
Will my ETP or STP meet pollution control board norms?
We design ETPs and STPs to meet the discharge limits that apply to your site, set by your state pollution control board. If you have a consent to operate, send it with your enquiry.
What's the difference between RO and a softener?
A softener removes hardness (calcium and magnesium), which causes scale. RO removes most dissolved salts as well, giving much purer water. Many sites use a softener ahead of RO, or a softener alone for boilers and cooling towers.
Do you offer annual maintenance contracts?
Yes. An AMC covers scheduled visits, cleaning and performance checks, with priority support for breakdowns.
